Job Responsibilities:

Product Planning and Strategy Development:
Based on market research and user needs analysis, develop product strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate closely with R&D, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Market and User Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to make data-driven product decisions and continuously optimize product features and user experience.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product launch, version iteration, feature updates, and end-of-life planning and execution.
Requirement Management:
Gather, organize, and evaluate requirements from various stakeholders, prioritize product features, and develop detailed product requirement documents (PRD) for implementation by the development team.
Innovation and Improvement:
Actively drive product innovation, propose valuable new features or product ideas, and continuously improve existing products to maintain competitive advantage in the market.
KPI Management:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, regularly track product performance, analyze data, and implement improvement measures to achieve business goals.
User Experience Optimization:
Continuously monitor user feedback, propose and implement optimization solutions through user research and data analysis to enhance user satisfaction and product experience.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching products.

Professional Skills:
Familiarity with product development processes and solid project management skills; expertise in user needs analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making; proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of effectively coordinating across departments to drive project success.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong market insight and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
Innovation Ability:
Passion for product innovation, with a creative mindset and the ability to propose marketable product ideas.
Personal Traits:
Results-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure to complete tasks effectively.
Language Requirements:
